Voice over editing software

If you need a free voice over editing software, I can recommend Audacity or WavePad.

Audacity is a great free alternative to expensive audio editors.

You can use it to make your own voice recordings, remove noise, cut and edit clips.

If you have not too much money you can purchase Reaper for 60$.

Reaper’s full, flexible feature set and renowned stability have found a home wherever digital audio is used: commercial and home studios, broadcast, location recording, education, science and research, sound design

The best options:

Adobe Audition
Sony soundforge
WaveLab
Cubase
ProTools

There are many professional audio editor out there, but my favorite is Adobe Audition.

Adobe Audition has many great features that would make purchasing a subscription worthwhile. The software has multitrack recording capabilities, great audio restoration tools that produce satisfactory results, and great file compatibility and conversion capabilities.
